1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between Bajaee (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its members. Bajaee is a licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

All Bajaee services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and other entertainment offerings — are provided under these Terms & Conditions. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand all terms before using the platform.

• Bajaee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• The Bangla version of this document shall be considered the official version.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with Bajaee, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Bajaee reserves the right to close any account where false or incomplete information has been provided.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• A bank statement or mobile banking statement may be required to verify your payment.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized login or suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately.

3 Age Restrictions

By registering with Bajaee, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.

• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended.
• If an account is opened in the name of a minor, all deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians should use parental controls to prevent minors from accessing accounts.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at Bajaee are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure channels.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–48 business hours.
• Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bajaee reserves the right to suspend transactions and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bajaee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable.
• Free spins and free bets have a set expiry date and will be automatically cancelled once that date passes.
• Bajaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus fraud is confirmed, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

All bets placed on Bajaee must follow specific rules. These rules apply equally to all members and are designed to ensure fair play.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bets placed after an event has started will not be accepted.
• Bets may be voided if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or unfair advantage will be voided if evidence is found.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• For live betting, odds may change at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Hacking, cracking, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting bugs or platform errors in a dishonest manner.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members.
• Collusion or gaining unfair advantages through coordinated play.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajaee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation — without prior notice.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Your account may be suspended until age verification is complete.
• Where a member has requested self-exclusion.

Any valid balance remaining in an account at the time of closure will be refunded after verification, except in cases of fraud. Members may also request account closure at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bajaee believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we provide members with a range of tools to help them manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set your daily, weekly, and monthly limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum daily playtime for yourself.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Bajaee takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, no personal information is sold or shared with third parties without authorization.

• All personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment details are never stored directly.
• Information collected during the KYC process is used solely for verification purposes.
• Information may need to be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
